This has probably been covered somewhere but the solutions I can find don't cover the fault I'm experiencing. All generally indicate a faulty resistor.
The climate blowers are on full tilt all the time. I've checked the FSR and it passes the resistance check, and terminals 1 and 5 bridged run the fan at full tilt as well.
The controls visually work fine, the temp can be adjusted as can the directed flow.
I disconnected the climate panels plug in the centre console, and it had no effect on the fans. Even with the control panel removed from the sytem, the fans still running flat out.
Anyone have any direction for me? Could a faulty fan motor cause this?
