J J4mes Car Mk7 Golf, Daytona600 Apr 3, 2012 #1 My car failed its MOT on the servo not working today. I haven't driven it for 6 months and only just put a new battery on it. Any reasons why it would of just stopped working? or anything to get the garage to check. Any help would be great

D Dan519 Car DON'T SEND ME PM'S!! Apr 3, 2012 #2 look for splits or melted sections of the vacuum hose (it gets close to the exhaust manifold) Also, there's a 1 way valve which could be clogged up
