Speak to "Andy GDI" he has fitted some proper brembo disks/calipers to a 182.

He also stocks the y0z2asport uprated pads/disks etc.

Price will be £1200 iirc plus fitting for Brembos.

I run a fast road/track biased set up- Performance Friction pads (as fitted to the cup racers) Brembo discs and goodridge braided lines. Fitting of these parts is fairly straight forward although the PF pads in particular need slight modification to ensure they work properly. Have all my work done at GDI based near Cambridge :)

If your reasonabley mechanically minded you can do no worse than PF 97 pads, Brembo disks and braided lines. if you look on GSFs website you can buy all the bits and fit them yourself. Youll save alot of money.

Sounds ok, know brake upgrades can be expensive, i think i could handle the fitting given enough time. just wondering if any alteratins need to be made.

Cheers for info anyways guys.

The performance friction 97 pads are fairly difficult to source as far as i know, prob best speaking to YozzaSport about them.

as far as I am aware you cant get PF from GSF!

Yozza spent a fair bit of time fiddling around with his kits to get the best combination of parts, the choice of discs and pads together make a difference.

I run them on my car, and they are superb.

The Brembo kits are great but of course cost a lot more.... but do have some awesome stopping power...

..where abouts are you? http://godspeedbrakes.co.ukhttp://godspeedbrakes.co.uk & http://balancemotorsport.co.ukhttp://balancemotorsport.co.uk, also as Gary says the kit he runs (yoz2asport) is good, all depends on £ and how much you need a shiny red caliper in your life eh

The service from Godspeed is very poor be warned, I have the abusive emails to prove!

Quoted a week for the work to be completed the parts turned up 2months later. The only saving grace was the quality looked ok.

  EK9 + Mfactory gearing..

..maybe that is reflected in the price, each kit uses different discs/pads also. i was quoted by email that fitting of their £795 brembro kit would be £90 and it would take "a few hrs", the balance motorsport kit is £1000ish + fitting. the yoz2asport kit is excellent value, it all comes down to what you can afford or justify.
