182 CD player into a Ph1 RT?

Hi guys,

My boss is looking at having the cd player than came in my 182, it's the standard update list player.

Will this be a straight plug and play into his ph1 RT? It has the seperate screen for the radio and steering wheel controls.

Probably yes as long you keep the wiring loom as they don't use an ISO plug, controls obviously won't work but will have to use the buttons etc.

Ahh well it's worth a go then, if it was a straight no then wouldn't give it a go. Any idea on how to find codes for the Renault CD players?

Turns out the Ph1 is an ISO loom but the loom for the display is different to a Ph2, so can't be retrofitted.

A tuner list stereo should work in a phase 1. The Update list were the later ones iirc
