182 Cup Alloys

Just wondered if anyone has ever taken their standard 182 alloys to a wheel specialist and had them refurbished to look like the 'Cup Anthracite' wheels?

If so, How much is it likely to cost and can anyone reccommend a good establishment to undertake to above work?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
