182 cup bulbs?

Just a quick question, i tryed searching but i was left more confused

what bulbs do i need for a none xenon, 05 182 cup?

is it H1 or H7??

any help would be great thanks

h7 is the normal headlight, unsure on full beam tho

h7 mate im a supplier of most bulbs on hear

h7 are dipped beam all you need really
