182 De-Cat pipe won't fit?!

My car = October 2005 182

I have purchsed an aftermarket de-cat on ebay and it wont mate to the manifold. The Manifold seems larger bore than the decat end.
The bolts all line up but it will not clip over the manifold lip?
Do you think I may have been sent a 172 pipe? Or any ideas?

Is it one of those HIGH FLOW SPORTS CAT 200 CELL? If so you will need to take it to an engineering/stainless steel place to get it modified.
