With reference to my posting in 'Renault Dealers'about Benfield Felling.
They want my car in to have a look tomorrow and order a new driveshaft which they will get in on Thurs but they want to keep the car overnight(which I'm not happy about).They say they need the car to make sure they order the right one but surley they can go off the original sticker from the driveshaft they are replacing(which I have).
Why I can't just give them the number over the phone and they can get one then fit it on Thursday to save me doing two trips and the more importantly my car car isn't stuck in their shitty compound.........any comments welcome.
