182 dry rotating noise

Car  Clio 182
Hi. Im in need of some help. I have a dry rotating noise coming from the front of the car, it starts when you start moving and gets louder as you go faster, then stays at the same level. The noise goes away when i turn left. I get a small vibration through the front wheels. It has not got any worse.

I thought it was a drive shaft, so replaced the left....no change. So i replaced the drivers side drive shaft.....no change. Checked everything round about it. There is no play from the wheels, everything looks fine. Checked the wheel bearings to. Any ideas?

I have had my 182 for 3 years and now its up at 96,000. Its well maintained but have no idea what this is.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks, Chris.

Can't belied you changed both the drive shafts before even thinking of doing both the wheel bearings?

Had the wheel bearings checked before changing the drive shafts and checked again after the noise did not disappear...... and they are fine, there is no play either. Any other suggestions?
