182 - Front Fog Fitting - how?

Common problem with a broken front fog on an '04 Clio 182. How do you get the old one out to fit a new one? I've seen some say you can slide the black plastic surround across and then get access to the bolts that hold the light in place (is this true and if so which way do you slide it?) Others have said jack the car up, take off the wheel and wheel arch liner to get access.

Any tips from those that have actually done it?

There two screws on the back of it very easy to change.

did mine yesterday, jack up, remove wheel, remove arch liner (2 screws and 2 pop out plugs) undo 2 torx srews that hold foglight on, unplug and bobs your uncle. - 15mins tops
