I'll be friends with you now!

Please answer though - is it so odd to actually have a french import? Are imports normally from Cyprus as I've seen this elsewhere on this forum?

My 172 was a French import, didn't have an alarm.

Well there's something I didn't know, couldn't you get CD changers on UK 182s? Thought they were an optional extra.

They where indeed and optional extra. Cant remember if it was 150 or 300 quid, I did not bother as I knew the input was going to be used for the Denison ipod link cable

  172 Cup (2003)
I bought my 172 Cup simply because it was for sale. I didn't specifically choose the cup, but it was the right colour.

At first the lack of the 'full fat' extras didn't bother me too much... in fact it was quite exciting not having a spare wheel(!) and no ABS, but i'm starting to regret that decision now. I think i would enjoy CC or AC, and the thought of having ABS there in case of an emergency is quite appealing.

I think i'm now on the lookout for a Blue 'FF' 182.....

Of course the 172 cup is rare haha.. end of the day i wanted the cup basically because i liked the look of it over any other clio apart from the trophy. and because it does have that slight straight line advantage it kinda makes me smile..

and i see plenty of 172 owners eyeing my car up... i dont eye theres up

Not as rare as a Liquid yellow 182 lol.

  172 Cup
..or petrol blue 182. I have still yet to see one of those. Think I've seen everything else on the road at some point.
