182 glove-box removal?

Is it easy to do? Thinking of moving the iPod to there (out of the way) and want to see how/where to the run the cable.

in 172mk2 theres a pannel at back that unclips , i just made a notch in that and run cable through

Noticed that too. Flicked it out and had a look up at the 'ceiling' of the passenger foot well. Looks like a MUCH easier way to pass the cable through....
