182 glove box

can the 182 glove box be removed?

just got a renault ipod music box, which i need to mount in the glove box, it shows in the mounting instructions the glove box being removed to drill the 20mm hole for the cable and the 3mm holes to hold the unit in place

only problem being after a quick look in the dark i dont think it can be removed!

ide reccon that it could be removed, but ide work around it...

Glove box is part of the lower dash so cannot be removed separately.

yeh iv just removed the rear plate of the glove box, going to fit my music box tommorrow, just need to drill a 20mm hole at work and pull the sterio out to connect it up!

How much was the music box from renault? I didnt think these were compatible with 182s..
