182 Gordini any info yet

Has anyone any info on the Gordini 182, thats is being released as my local renault dealer have deined all knowledge of the Gordini and even a yellow variant of the 182....as these import onlys then?

Reason being I am looking to get a deal done on one soon, as I am looking to shift my clio in the deal. Unless some one makes me and offer that?? Heres some pics of it.....S reg 98 1.2S with 42,000miles on the clock with customised alloys(original renault, been fully refurbed and colured gun metal grey with a diamond sparkle laquer). Stereo will be standard as takin mine out....

oh thats another thing....what size are the speakers on the 182 and are they still in the same positions, forgot to look while testing driving one the other week, is it still 13cm? (5.25inch)

What? Are you talking of the Racing Blue + stripes 182 thats been in the mags?

It isnt a "182 Gordini". Its a 182 in Racing Blue with stripes.

The speakers are the same yes. (99.9% sure they wont have changed them)

I saw a picture of a kind of goldy yellow metallic 182, it looked wicked. not available on the website though.

Yup, it was me ordering the Yellow 182.

I am getting this from a Renault dealer (UK - Wolverhampton to be specific) so they definately *are* selling these.

I think the sales guy called it ID paint (of course when hearing about the cost, many friends reckon that stands for IDiot ... {sigh})

yer I was on about the baby blue one with white stripes over it, as I have seen it on the web but cant find any details about ordering one. Went to my local dealer (Sutton Park, at Sutton Park) and the muppets didnt have a clue about the yellow colour or the gordini one.

May have to pop over to wolverhampton today...what was the cost of the yellow beauty all in, and did you have the cup pack or not?
