182 in the dark

Tried a few different settings and ended up with this, quality not as good as it was since I uploaded, what ya think?

Cheers mate, canon 500d 18-55mm lens, didn't use flash

Not bad for a first attempt

Use the 2-second timer, or a remote to stop the camera shake.

High f number, low ISO, bulb mode (get a remote) .. give it a go and see what happens.

Yeah was pitch black, about 9 tonight, I used tripod with 2 sec timer, ISO 200 aperture 4.5 shutter speed 25 and no flash, picture type was raw + large 15mp

Cool... Turn the aperture up past 8 or 11 or 16 and it should be much sharper. The lights in the background won't look like the sun has arrived too hopefully

nice car! like the others said, for these sort of shots you'll need a remote or self timer to be used and the aperture i would use is between f/11 and f/16.
