Who's cheapest?? Quote on my 182 with directline is £250 higher than last yr. Greenlight won't cover me, apparently my area is too high risk, although they did a great quote earlier in the year.

Try Admiral. Although they are the same company as Elephant, I found that they were cheaper.

My insurance was only £314 this year.

I found Elephant the cheapest too, Admiral are also cheap

Admirial, Elephant and Bell all the same comapany so are normally the cheapist and all within a couple of quid of each other. Got a quote from the the above and used it to make my current company beat it.
