182 knocking Noise

Hi All, need some help!

Got a knocking noise and read loads of posts on here and been advised that could be the drivers side driveshaft.

My reg is MK05 CXR and its a 182.

Rang renault gave them my reg to get part number and they gave me 8200352042 - priced at £220 + VAT!!!!!

Is this the right part number and can I get it cheaper anywhere else?! £220 + vat is a lot of money!!! Specially seen as I've recently bought disc n pads OEM all round (thanks G172) and i've got a service to pay for :-(
