182 on ebay going cheap

looking at getting another clio, and found this, looks to be going really cheap, probably due to the faults stated, just concerned about the engine being noisy & and an oil leak, as stated in the vehicle check, the other issue's don't seem like anything worth putting me off, any idea's?? should i just avoid it?? to far to go view incase anyone asks
