Ive got a 182 coming along and im thinking about repalcing the standard stereo when i get it. I see some people have already replaced theirs and posted about them. How easy was it to fit adaptor cables for teh remote and dash display? I did it in an original shape mk 2 1.4 sport and I needed to remove the whole dash to get in to connect the cable into the diplay module, which was a complete f**ker and I dont want to do taht again!
Also, which head units and cables have people got going with the display? The SOny one I have only allows the remote to be connected in not the display, but Im planning to get a new one anyway. Does the temp display still work with the display connected to a new head unit?
