182 strange running issues

About 3 weeks ago the electrical warning light on my 182 came on and the car wouldn't rev over about 3,000 RPM. Turning the car off and back on seemed to fix this. This then occurred again about a week later (when I was in the middle of an overtake!). Again turning the car off and back on fixed it.

I've then had a strange issue where the car would idle at about 1,900 RPM. Turning the car off and on didn't fix this but the problem did go away after driving for about 70 miles.

It now seems to be running fine again and I've got the 7,200 ish rev limit etc.

Any idea what's going on?

mine has the petrol light come on occasionally when ive got half a tank full, traction control light comes on when im sitting in traffic, clios for you i suppose

Yeah it defiantly entered limp home mode, sounded very quiet compared to normal.

Just trying to work out what's causing it and if it's likely to keep happening..
