182 Suspension

Has any one had the problem of the springs turning in the mounts? and any ideas of how to fix it?

crikey doesnt sound good? is that why the creak when turing lowly on uneven roads?

it makes a sort of clunking noise, you can feel it through the steering, doesnt do it all the time only if you catch a bump, i have marked the mount and the spring now with some paint so that i can see if this is the problem.
