182: Total Interior Strip, down to metal.

So, how easy is it to totally strip-off my 182's interior?

Do I take a week off? A few days off?



The idea is to get rid of renaultss own sound insulation material, and replace it with something decent...

...speaking of which, what's the best dynomat money can buy?

Depends how far you want to go? you planning on taking the dash/door cards out also?

What benifit are you hoping to see from this? i presume you want a quieter ride seeing as your replacing the sound proofing? and not a lighter car...unless you find some really light dynomat.

Not sure it would be worth the cost for the benifits, not sure of the best but i know even the cheaper stuff is quite expensive mate

it doesnt take long ... takes about 20 mins to take out the rear seats and matts/carpets. then you just have to take off the door cards off.

Unsure of weights, i swapped a full cup interior with a leather one including 4 new door cards in under 4 hours - many tea breaks too add..
