Hello, for anyone struggling to find the cause of a waterleak this was the cause of mine. The picture taken is showing underneath the washer bottle in my 182. I had taken the wiper motor, mechanism and washer bottle out to check the drain holes. I made sure they were all clear poured a bottle of water in to flush it out and watched the water pour into my passenger footwell! I hadn't spotted the black rubber bung for the washer pipe for the headlight washer somehow had been pulled through the hole allowing water in as water drained into the scuttle. I managed to pull it back through with some pliers. Checked this morning after aload of over night rain and it seems it has cured the problem. This is just another way our beloved clips let in water!
