182 whinning noise

Hello,

Got a strange whinning noise. Only happens when on a spirited drive and you let off the throttle at high revs, but goes if you change up a gear to make the revs drop.

182's all whine and you tend to notice it more when giving it the beans. Is it a whine that sounds like it's coming from the engine bay?

Its booked in next week the have the belts/tensioner changed (5 years old)
