182 without Cup packs... why???

  RB + LY 182 FF
Anthracite are the 'in' thing at the moment. i suppose the silver alloys are rare on a clio sport, lol.
i have seen the silver alloys on most colour 1*2s but i have not seen silver on a racing blue, thats where im saying i think the anthracite alloys do suit the racing blue IMO ,apposed to being on a silver car.

its are personal preference at the end of the day.
but when i get my racing blue 182 in 4 weeks i will hopefully not have stripes on it,and would like at least one pack if not both cup packs, lol

does having both cup packs on a 182 have a higher price tag apposed to a 182 with no cup packs???

It's all down to personal preference. When I bought my 182, I considered the cup packs (primarily the suspension), but since the car is unlikely to ever go on a track, and mostly gets used for the 10 mile crawl through the traffic to work and back, it seemed like a bit of a waste of money for the marginal benefit it gives. Turns out I've now got a rare 182 coz it's not got the options!

last year whilst filling up at a station i saw a guy pull up in a 182 with both cup packs with no zorst tailpipes, i thought wtf !
had a word with him and he'd had it from new for just over a week and had had a new 172 rear bumper put on and a custom stealth backbox or cat-back as he didnt like tailpipes, this must be unique for a 182 ?

Have to agree - It sure is, not as ugly as the curve in the glass of the rear screen which the cup spoiler covers much better though.

I agree with you there, I much prefer the cup spoiler.

When I first saw the anthracite alloys I didn't like them, but now I prefer them to the silver ones, just cos they're different to all the other rims you see around.

I do admit the silver ones match the 2.0 litre badges though.
