182 Xenon Light Blowing Fuse

Evening All,

I had a problem with one of my 182 Xenon's not working the other day so bought a second hand ballast and installed it and the light now works.... BUT.... the fuse now keeps blowing for passenger side.. Tried putting a 20AMP fuse rather than 15AMP but that blew too... Any on what it maybe???

Mistake number one was putting a bigger fuse in.

Dissconect your drivers one and switch them on and see if the fuse blows again. Iv had 2nd hand ballasts from ebay that were full of water before causing this problem.
