i sent renault an email regarding my service. I wanted to take it to a private dealer which used genuine renualt parts as I was told by someone on here that it was ok.

Here is there reply :-

In answer to your question, if the vehicle was serviced at a non
Renault garage the warranty would be void.

Nope he is telling lies email Renault UK.

So long as the garage uses Renault parts and does all the same work then you warently is still valid unless the garage who did the work did it wrong which caused a problem but thats only reasonable.
