197 brakes

having a big problem with the brakes on my 197. they have lost 80% of their stopping power. the brakes have not been cooked(no track days) and i have tried new pads and facing the disks with no results. anybody had the same.

Bleed them as a starting point! At least then you'll be able to gauge exactly what is going on fluid wise and if you have an airlock in the brake circuit.
