I know I should know this already, BUT, how often should I be checking my oil and can anyone reccomend an oil brand/type to use (I realise fully synthetic)

the best IMO is Silkolene Pro S which you can buy from Opie Oils
i check my oil every 2 weeks usually, if its new id probs check it more just to keep an eye on how its bedding in
what mileage are you on though, you dont really want to be using a fully synth on a low mileage engine

Nope, its not new, its on 14,000 now, I got it on 11,000. What would you reccomend?
