197 recaros / warranty

i've got a 197 F1 with recaros - which are lush - but, a mate noticed the other day that on the passenger seat (side closest to the door) the fabric has come out from behind the plastic which holds it in, literally all the way along. it's impossible to get back in or if i do it pops back out within seconds, and i'm thinking the only way is to take the seat out.

anyone got any ideas? is the interior something renault will cover in the warranty? since i've had it the passenger seat has rarely been sat in, so i'm more than a little pissed off about it.

that is a given.

thing is mine are absolutly mint apart from this. no wear or anything. not even slighty frayed and its done 11k miles now at 15 months old. a lot of people complaining about wear probably drag their fat ass out the seat incorrectly! i'll give my local renna a go, and they'd better be ready because i'm not in the best of moods today. lol
