197 ticking noise on idle

I have a faint ticking noise coming from my 197 on idle. I recently changed the spark plugs but they are correctly torqued and I don't think it ticked straight after putting them in.

I can only hear it on idle and only with the bonnet closed, does anyone have any ideas?

Does anyone know if the 197 has the carbon/charcoal canister down by the front drivers wheel, like on the 172/182?

Does anyone have any idea what this is? Sounds like it's coming from the crank area

I recently replaced the spark plugs, I think the noise started soon after this but not immediately. I've set the gap to 0.9mm and torqued them up correctly.

The oil level was a tiny bit high (roughly 3mm above max on the dipstick), i've let some out so this is correct now.

I've put some redex injector cleaner in the tank but haven't run it through yet, don't think the noise is from the injector area though.
