Will a 2.0l engine from a 182/172 fit in a 1.6 16v and what is involved in changing it

yup drops straight in

you need

engine (FBW)
gearbox
loom
ecu (from same donor car)
uch (as above)
decoder ring (as above)
keys (as above)
and the chassis number too

sounds like a big job gearbox has died was thinking of getting a scrapper donor car so was thinking of getting a 2 litre while i was at it
