2.1 Conversion

This list is from the Prima site, although I wont be using them, what else do I need for this conversion either from a 1.8 or 2.0 to 2.1? I still want high revs do I achieve this by balancing the bottom end?

If my experience is anything to go by, then uprating the output of your engine must be accompanied by other upgrades such as clutch, engine mounts, gearbox casing, diffs, track-rod ends and so on.

I guess that these bits will handle increased power and higher mileage - but not together. So dont expect a car with 70k on the clock to be happy with an extra 30-50bhp! I know. I found out the hard way!

Budget for another £1000 to be on the safe side.
