About 5.30pm this evening, by Mcdonalds half a mile before Hilton Roundabout in Bushey/Watford.
I was heading South. First was a lady driver then like 200 metres later a bloke in same 182 in Silver. Bloke looked at me but we were going too fast combined for thumbs up...
