200 Recaros, offered a swap..Shall I?

Hi guys,

Ive got a 200 cup, recaros and speedlines...
ive also got a full fat 200 in Alien green which doesn't have recaros..Both cars are going for sale shortly but I thought about whipping the recaros out the cup, and putting it in the FF to try bump the price of the FF, but drop slightly in the cup..

But, someone's offered a swap for their 200 seats for my recaros at £450..Is that a good price? But more importantly would I get more than £450 extra if I left them in either of my cars?

I'm pretty sure that's a good deal for him.

The 182 Recaros go for about £850 on here and normal seats for just the fronts is about £100-£200, it's not the best comparison but goes to show the Recaros are usually worth quite a bit!

Personally I'd be asking for more than that, or just sell the car with them in!

Those sportster recaros must be worth at least £900 if in good condition, so yes, way too cheap.

All depend on how soon it is until you are selling the cars, at £650-800 which is about the right price for a swap you might have to wait a little longer for the right person to come along. Best bet is to ask this guy for more money!

As above, the going rate for Recaros is around £800, £850ish. Theres no way his standard seats are worth £400, i sold mine on Ebay for £200. Based on that id say around £600 cash + his seats is more reasonable.

Only sell recaros out of the car if you are trading it in for PX or trading it outright-

Selling the recaros in the short term puts money in your pocket but slows the sale of your car down-

& THe deal you have been offered is poor- the 200 standard seats are the least desirable seats of them all- I tried to sell a set - ended up getting £100 sheets ( Should have kept them & swopped into recaros)

IF you do go down that route & are desperate to sell then standard + 1k should be the offer as they are worthless other than fitting to the car-

Well I've turned down his offer off the response from this thread, think I'll leave the recaros in the cup and sell both cars as they are
