2004 1.4 Clio Misfire

I've got a mate at work who has got a misfire on a 2004 1.4 Clio, he has changed plugs and leads. Any other ideas as it is still doing it..?

I have a 1.4 MK3 and it had a bad misfire not too long ago, was 2 of the 4 coil packs which gave up and needed replacing.

They have also changed the coil pack, forgot to add that.
