I had a Similar issue. I paid someone on eBay a couple quid and I got my got 5 mins later. Had to pop the headunit out and get the serial number from it and that was it.

Renault can be hit and miss apparently, sometimes they'll charge but sometimes give the code free. They wanted to charge me £20

if you post up the serial number it will be easier for people to get you your code. or pm me it i have a couple of calculators which 'may' work.
