Has anyone managed to run these on standard suspension?

Do you think they would scrub?

Are they not too wide for the wheel itself?

Going a extra 20 will probably squeeze on but I'm concerned about scrubbing. I've found some nice track tyres in the size listed.

They wont scrub on std suspension. There is a lot of room if it can lowered over 60mm and take 17s they must fit

It's the width that worries me.

Measure it turn it full lock and feel round the back if your fingers clear it you'll be fine its only 1cm more each side

don't think you will get 225's on a 1*2 Clio with no arch trouble but I could be wrong
