  Hondata'd EP3 Type R
id use a miniumum of 4 gauge mate.

I'm doing this mod soon, may be having 2 more batteries in the boot, but im using 0 gauge for ALL this, should be running 4 12's with a 3000wrms amp! Possibly going to use a Ohio Generators Alternator.

Id say off the top of my head 4 gauge is about 10mm ish.

Are you using a split charge set up with a relay etc ?

  Polo + Micra
yeah tis right as long as it's the same earth point as the 1st batt

4 awg is the same as 25mm2 csa but it's diameter overall could be anything due to insulation thickness

100A max really for 4 awg but becareful with the starting current of your car

its all linked with 4awg atm. im thinking about putting a split charge in but as i only started doing this 2 day. its not 1st on my list
3000rms :) would you like some ear muff's :)

I'm asking about the MM of 4awg because
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Battery-terminal-gold-plated-Wiring-Kit_W0QQitemZ180029757076QQihZ008QQcategoryZ14932QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
on that battery terminal it says it takes 9MM wire so i was wondering if that would fit my 4awg

and yes its same earthing point as battery (A). i was going to link it right to battery (A) but i didnt want to change all the standard connections on the earth

yeah i just measured an off cut of PG 4 awg and the conductor is about 9mm in diameter

the 5.5mm ones prolly 8 awg

the 5.5Mm will do for my other power wires like Screens,Amp remote turn on,cough neons cough,Alarm, central locking, door poppers , ect ect

im having a job finding a 90Amp fuse holder all i can find say 60 fuse ( this might just be the fuse they give with it but not sure )
