3 network problem??

havent been able to send an SMS for last 5/6 hours?? anyone having any problems, may just be local to me maybe?! any cardiff 3 users?

Ive had texts recieved just cant send!

Searched 3 website, but cant see to find anywhere where they may say if they are having technical issues.

Yes 3 are experiencing technical issues, can only receive texts, but can make and receive calls.
