i did think about the X series, they do look the balls and the picture is geniunely a bit better but not enough for the price imo.
apparently 100hz 1080p is on it's way i've heard.
how can you say sony are overpriced when you can get a 40" 1080p with 3 hdmi for £665!sony are always overpriced
and if you can buy as staff its not really a fair comparrison as anything bought by someone who works for the companys would get them cheaper than a retail channel
the x series is 1080p and 100 hz though isn't it?i did think about the X series, they do look the balls and the picture is geniunely a bit better but not enough for the price imo.

Oh and I was talking to my SOny rep the other day and he was telling me that they get crap discount off sony products and can buy them cheaper off the internet.
i can't for the life of me spot what the difference is between the above tv and the W version though, the V at that price is a steal though IMO, great TV for the money!

here's a comparison of w3000 and v3000. very little in it, but maybe the ex engine and x.v. colour are that much better?

my guy works at hq in brooklands?actually proper HQ staff get ridiculous discount...
the v w and 3000 are pretty much identical prodocuts, sony so that a lot, ont sure why. happens a lot more with their earphones too...
Me too.my guy works at hq in brooklands?
tbh people have compared even on 100" projector screens and found it almost impossible to see the difference
i don't think such a tv exists, sure you don't mean 37"?tbh people have compared even on 100" projector screens and found it almost impossible to see the difference
I've got a 27" 1080p screen and it's a fairly obvious difference between 720p and 1080p on it.

i'm still surprised you can tell the difference on it only being 27", i have had to really look to notice the difference on a 32.
ah now you see, this is where a computer monitor will differ, they have a native resolution and if you do do down from that it will be s**t, thats not really the same thing as having two native resolution 32" tv running at 720p and 1080p, you can't compare the two.i'm still surprised you can tell the difference on it only being 27", i have had to really look to notice the difference on a 32.
I can tell the difference on my 24" monitor. 720p just doesn't seem as crisp. Bit more blurry just LCD's though they look a tad blurry when not at native res I always find.
