35 offset on a ph1 172?

Can I get away with 35 offset 7J x 16 wheels with 195/45 16 tyres on a slightly lowered ph1 172? or will I need a spacer/different bolts at all/cause rubbing?


..at the moment the car is on Pi springs -25mm at fornt -10mm at rear but will soon be on Apex -40mm all round
