Chaps,
My 172 is still under warranty and Ive just paid £305 for my 36K, which is about what I expected.
But the Dealer (Bridges Renault in Cirencester) tell me that my alternator belt needs doing (£180) and the drive shaft will need doing soon (£300+). I do get a a clunking noise when on hard lock. Should I get a second opinion? And how does the cost sound?
Also, discs and pads 70% worn (presumably on the front). What am I looking at for replacements?
