360 trade in deals

what kind of deals are people getting on trade-ins on the 360 atm?

went into game the other day and they quoted me £65 for my xbox 20gb w/forza 3 and wireless dongle, sound about right?

will be trading in for the new 360 s so looking at about 140 to put towards it?

also how do i go about transferring old hd stuff to new hd when trading in?
