36k service

Had it done on Saturday, cambelt changed, rear pads, wipers, plugs, filters, oil etc...

£560 all in from technician I know at Sighthill Renault in Edinburgh.

I know, TBH I couldnt be even more further away from you unless I was in Orkney or Shetland, still; it could have been a lot worse.

cambelt dont need changing till 72k its the Auxiliary belt that does. thats why you paid so much.

unless you ant got a 172 / 182

Well, its still for sale, needed cambelt done though - rather that than bent valves and new engine.

I do worry about people on here, hope you dont have a 172 thats 5years old on the original belt

72k OR 5 YEARS. Im just coming up to 36k and will be changing it then as itll be 4.5 years old.
