Just bought a set of these for £306 so thats a decent price, and they only come with 6.5mm from new.

Just seen there ended, lol.

Mytyres had them for about £260 a couple weeks ago, but sold out and the price has gone back up. BMTR do 4 for £300 delivered (give or take a couple of quid)

Why when RSR's are ment to be better? Iv had AD08 on my turnis (still have them) but I fancied tryin out RSR on my 15" wheels as everyone is raving about them. AD08 are very good, Iv done about 10k inc two track days and they have held up well and where very good but I'm hoping the RSR are a little gripper in the dry. But may not last as long with a 6.5mm tread to a 8mm tread on Yoko's.

Don't get me wrong their a brilliant tyre it's just I've got 888's now for all out dry track days on a spare set of alloys and I want my daily tyres(currently rsr's) to double up as good wet track day tyres and IMO this is wear the Rsr's fall down. I've heard that the ad08's are really good in the wet so I'm thinking of trying these.

Yeah I heard good things about the R1-R's aswell but I've heard they can wear quite quick as a road tyre compared to the ad08. Plus I can get the ad08's at a good price from a trade only company and they don't do the R1-R's so it's a no brainer for me.
