40mm drop fitting anyone?

Hello. Im looking into purcasing 40mm springs and getting someone to fit them. where can a get them cheapest and best? and who will be willing to fit in yorkshire and for how much? im also wondering if i could fit some progressive bump stops to the standard shocks to stop them bottoming out over bad bumps etc.. or if there is something i can do to make road noise reduced and make it feel more firm... basically im sick of the way i get a traumatic ride

what car you got? Apex springs are highly recommended for the 172 / 182

a mk2 ph2 1.4 16v..... Im not going down the shocks route right at this time just springs for now...

Apex 60mm kit for non RS models. Or FK highspecs.

i would be prepared to travel for the job to be done properly... 40mm isn't quite enough but then i think 60mm looks too much. Doesn't anyone do a 50mm kit?

A 60mm kit will realy only drop your ca about 50mm they always claim more than they realy give.
