4th Gen iPod

Big chunky 20Gb white thing monochrom screen....ne way dads got my old one and other day its started coming up with the Sick iPod logo ive tryed resetting it (center and Menu) but after rest just comes up with the same screen and the other thing is iTunes wont pick it up at all either....

Anyone know if i can sort this or if its just buggered ??

try plugging into the mains and doing the reset
