only way of knowing 100% is put wheel on full lock, head under arch and measure the spacings mate. It seems to be a bit of a lottery! Most likely 58mm spacings tho as it only seems to be early (2001/2002) 1.2's that got blessed with 52mm :(

there is no consitancy between the spacing, suspension wise, springs are ok, spax kits are better, fk high sport kit is better better and fk coils are better better better

depends on what kinda drop your going for? 35-40mm 60mm or more? 17's are big but all depends on your drop.

Get a suspension kit them Apex do a 40 and 60mm kits for onder £300 I think.
Most likly your cars 58mm though.

hard, run 16" on 205 16 45. if u want 17"s then u gotta drop it 60mm to look right imo. the fk is 60 front 40 rear

my old car with the kit with the 16s

looks really good

but did it rub at all when driving

my problem is, if i am lowering 40mm and then putting 17's on and all it does is rubs i don't want this effect....

K-tec have the APEX kit that most of us are using on our 1.2s for £270 in 58mm spacing only way to find out is like said above, put your steering to full lock and measure the space between the 2 bolts where the damper connects to the wheel hub will be eather 58mm or 52mm but 95% chance its 58mm

This a 35mm front and 30mm rear.
