60 mm apex shocks and springs

Is it possible to get 60mm apex shocks and springs ? Are these the most recommened way of lowering non sports ? thanks for any info as im a total noob on lowering

even though it is a very bumpy/crap ride , i had p.i lowering springs on my last car ( non sport ) and it never done anything to the standard shocks and dropped it down a fair whack

P.I is just a brand.

Ktec racing do 60mm kit for about £280 inc vat..
